Manually adding a student is ideal for individual enrollments or mid-year additions. Each student can have up to 3 parent/guardian contacts.
Steps to follow
Click "Students" in the menu, then "New student".
Enter the student's first and last name. The ID will be generated automatically according to your format.
Add the student's date of birth and gender.
Select the class in which the student will be enrolled.
Add at least one parent contact with name, phone, and email. This contact will receive payment notifications.
Tip
The parent's phone number is essential as they will receive payment reminders via SMS. Make sure it's correct and in the proper format (with country code).
You've succeeded if...
The student appears in their class list with their unique ID. Their class fees are automatically assigned to them.
