Create a fee

Set up a new tuition fee with amount and deadline.

Tuition fees are the amounts parents must pay. You can create different types of fees (enrollment, tuition, cafeteria) and associate them with specific classes.

Steps to follow

Go to "Management" then to the "Fees" tab.

Click "New fee" and give it a clear name (e.g., "Term 1 Tuition").

Enter the fee amount and select a category if you've created one.

Select the classes affected by this fee. You can select multiple classes or all classes in a level.

Set the due date and enable desired options (partial payment allowed, automatic reminders).

Tip

Create separate fees for each payment type (tuition, transport, cafeteria) rather than one global fee. This makes tracking and reporting easier.

You've succeeded if...

The fee appears in the list and is automatically assigned to students in the selected classes.
