Creating your school is the first step to using Ochora. This process allows you to configure your school's basic information that will appear on receipts and communications sent to parents.
Steps to follow
Log in to your Ochora account or create a new one at app.ochora.com.
Click "Create a school" and enter your school's official name as it will appear on documents.
Add your school's full address (city, district, country).
Upload your school's logo (PNG or JPG format recommended, minimum 500x500px).
Select the currency used for payments (XOF for CFA Franc by default) and confirm.
Tip
Use your school's official name as it will appear on all payment receipts sent to parents. A high-quality logo makes your communications more professional.
You've succeeded if...
Your dashboard displays your school's name and logo. You can now proceed to configure the student ID format.
