Refund Policy

At Ochora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This refund policy applies to software subscriptions processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record.

1. Software subscription refund

You have 14 days from your initial payment date to request a full refund of your subscription. To request a refund, contact our team at contact@ochora.com or Paddle support. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days.

2. After the 14-day period

After the 14-day refund period, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period. You may cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your access will remain active until the end of the paid period.

3. School fees

Refunds of school fees paid by parents through the Ochora platform are handled directly by the educational institution concerned. Ochora cannot initiate these refunds. Please contact the educational institution directly for any school fee refund requests.
