OCHORA PAYMENT SARLU is committed to protecting the privacy of its users in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Togolese personal data protection laws. This policy describes what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.

We collect the following data: identity information (name, surname, email, phone) when creating an account; school information (name, address, registration number); student data (name, class, student ID) provided by the school; transaction data (amount, date, payment method, status); technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically.

2. Use of data

Your data is used to: provide and improve our payment services; process transactions and send receipts; send notifications and payment reminders; generate reports and analytics for schools; ensure service security and prevent fraud; respond to your support requests.

3. Data sharing

We never sell your personal data. We only share your data with: payment operators (MTN, Moov, Flooz, Wave) for transaction processing; educational institutions for managing their student payments; our technical subcontractors (hosting, email sending) under confidentiality agreements; competent authorities if required by law.

4. Data retention

Your data is retained for the duration of your use of the service, then for the legally required period (5 years for transaction data under accounting obligations). At the end of these periods, your data is securely deleted.

5. Your rights

You have the following rights: right of access to your personal data; right to rectification of inaccurate data; right to erasure; right to data portability; right to object to processing; right to restrict processing. 6. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data: SSL/TLS encryption for all communications; hosting on secure servers; restricted data access following the principle of least privilege; regular security audits; no banking data stored on our servers.
